Pecha Kucha

On Tuesday the 21st of February I did my Pecha Kucha presentation with Anna and Russell, presenting my ideas, how far I had got so far and my steps I was taking next. These are screenshots of my presentation:

Anna and Russell suggested I look more into layout design. They suggested that I go and see the IT man John to get him to help me with a layout. At the moment I cannot start experimenting with layout as I don't have enough content to start testing with. I also need to download InDesign and start teaching myself how to use it. I am very confident with using Photoshop as that is what I have used for previous briefs however would like to construct the whole magazine on InDesign so that I will have learnt a new software which will be good experience. For layout inspiration I am going to look at other magazines on ISSUU, which is the website I am publishing my magazine on.
They also suggested that for my website I make it even simpler by making it just the front page of my magazine with a 'Buy' like for readers to purchase it. I am going to do further research into this over the coming week. I need to attend an IT lesson to explore my options when it comes to choosing how to make my website.
