Social Media.

I have made the Instagram account for Edit Conscious which I will use to promote the publication and also to connect with other like-minded individuals and businesses. The Pinterest board is simply for my inspiration and research purposes as it is a place I regularly look on during research sessions, I also upload images I find on other websites to Pinterest as a way of storing all of the material in one, easy to access location. Images on my pinterest include layouts, front covers, beauty & fashion editorial images and also flat lay inspiration images.

I will be posting on the Instagram page as the most regular point of contact with followers and potential readers as I believe Instagram to be the platform people use most at present to follow brands and influences, this will be my best chance at getting content across prior to the launch of the first issue of Edit Conscious. I am aiming to post at least once a week and the content I will be uploading include inspiration and relevant images to my magazine, also brands and companies I am collaborating with/featuring their products in the Spring/Summer launch publication. I will also be posting behind the scenes videos/images and sneak previews for the magazine. My next step in creating online platforms for my magazine is creating my website which will be simply a place for readers to purchase the magazine.
